Description of the work
The CP covers all project specific communication and dissemination activities. The EACI - directed common dissemination activities are described and carried out in CP6:
Deliverable(s) of this chapter:
- D 5.1 Project website (Cremona);
- D 5.2 Newsletter every six months to the mailing list, done by Cremona with the contribution of every partner;
- D 5.3 Publications in the target media (Regional and local television programs);
- D 5.4 Translation to the national languages of key project deliverables different from the Handbook (produced within CP3 and CP4);
- D 5.5 One seminar per year with Italian local public authorities in the Annual Gpp Net Forum in Cremona for the organisations on May 2008, 2009, 2010: a national seminary will be organised every year;
- D 5.6 One national dissemination event, with local public authorities (month 24), organised by every partner in their country;
- D 5.7 Workshop for end-users to present the SMART Project in the city of Karlovac (Croatia), organised by Karlovac Authority and FSB Uz (month 8);
- D 5.8 Workshop for end-users to present the SMART Project in the city of Milan (Italy), organised by CESI RICERCA (month 16);
- D 5.9 Workshop for end-users to present the SMART Project in the city of Trondheim (Norway), organised by the NTNUs (month 24);
- D 5.10 Workshop for end-users to present the SMART Project organised by RSA (month 30);
- D 5.11 Two participations to European events to disseminate the outcomes of the project (about months 20 and 33) by CESI Ricerca spa;
- D 5.12 International Event with all the partners and stakeholders in the city of Cremona (month 33-36);
